This former farm worker's cottage is situated at the western end of the farm, about half a mile from Le Vignaud, and close to the largest of the lakes.
It has four large bedrooms; the one with the double bed has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, the other three have twin beds. There is a bathroom with shower, a separate W.C., large kitchen, and a cozy sitting room.
The pleasant pasture land comes right up to the back of the house. An enclosed garden in front contains ornamental shrubs and a small orchard and from here the uninterrupted view is across open grassland to woods beyond.
